With this free 5-day challenge, discover the secrets to make your dream your full-time profession.
It's perfectly acceptable to be compensated for your hard work and dedication to your cause. Just because you run a nonprofit doesn't mean you can't make a profit. It's important to understand that being paid for your work is not selfish or greedy. When you take this challenge, you will learn the foundational steps to be paid as a founder.
Running a nonprofit is actually very hard work and requires many skills like raising money, managing money, and planning programs. This means that your nonprofit will need employees. You will learn the specific leadership skills to be an excellent nonprofit leader.
This is not true, as nonprofits need to have professional standards. In this challenge, we will focus on the key sills you need to successfully navigate your nonprofit's launch.
Whether you've just started your non-profit or not, this challenge will help you remove the blocks that keep you from going to the next level in your nonprofit.
YOUR JOB ISN'T FULFILLING YOU. IT'S TIME TO GET SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR DREAM.
Here's how it works:
Once you join, you'll get an email with instructions for joining the daily trainings for the challenge. Each day, you will get reminders to watch the training in our private group where you can post and share your thoughts.
After each training, Tiffany will send a recap email with a summary of the training. If you've watched the training you'll get a special badge that you can post in the group! If you are a VIP member, you'll be able to join VIP study hall sessions an hour before each training for help with your homework assignments.
Are you ready? All of the details will be sent once you register and you'll get plenty of reminders. We will keep the training videos up during the challenge so you can watch the replay, but they will come down 24 hours after the challenge ends!
General access provides basic access for all persons participating in the challenge.
The challenge dates are Monday October 23rd - Friday, October 27th. Each day the challenge will start at 9pm EST. Those with VIP access will get a bonus group session starting at 8pm EST, where you will get help and feedback on your homework.
All of the training sessions will be live. They will be recorded, but you won’t be able to purchase the recording. This is to motivate you to stay focused and participate during the training. You will need to watch the challenge live or watch the recordings until they all come down by midnight EST after the last day of the challenge.
Once you register for the challenge, you will receive a welcome email and text with links to the private Facebook group so you can join and watch the trainings. If you are a VIP member, you will receive a separate email with links to the private Zoom room before each session starts (VIP sessions start at 8:00pm EST on Tuesday, October 24th).
Tiffany will teach live sessions each night at 9pm EST on five different topics related to launching your nonprofit. It will focus on your mindset and becoming a real leader, inspiring your team, partnerships, creating innovative programs, and how to pitch. During each training, Tiffany will have exercises or assignments for you to complete. If you have a V.I.P. pass, you will receive homework assignments in your success kit and can get feedback during the Study Hall sessions starting on Day 2 (October 24th).
This challenge is based on action so it's meant to motivate you in the moment. If you only have general access, you will only be able to watch the replays until up to 24 hours after the challenge ends. If you are a VIP member, you can access the recordings for up to 7 days after.
Since 2016, Tiffany has been helping new nonprofits launch. It's her personal mission to teach nonprofit founders the foundational elements to gain access to the resources they need to change their communities. Her job is to teach in plain language so people can easily grasp the concepts they ned to succeed. She is building the Nonprofit Boss Nation (her collective community across Youtube, Instagram, and Facebook) to be a safe space for new nonprofit founders and boards to learn from each other and build stronger communities, together.
